With 45+ years in blast consulting and 25 years as a professor, she has shaped industry standards, led training programs, and developed the Seismograph Operators Certificate Program.
The International Society of Explosives Engineers successfully hosted its 51st Annual Conference on Explosives and Blasting Technique from January 21-26, 2025, at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in Cherokee, North Carolina, USA. This premier event brought together nearly 1,200 blasters, drillers, manufacturers, government officials, industry suppliers and other explosives professionals from around the world to exchange insights, explore innovations, and build new business connections.

The Penn State Student ISEE Chapter and Eastern PA ISEE Chapter held a joint dinner and meeting on April 10, 2024, at Pennsylvania State University's Hosler Building.
