The Eastern Pennsylvania and Mid-Atlantic Chapters of ISEE hosted an 8-hour Blasters Training on July 10, 2025, in Altoona, PA, with 31 attendees. Presentations covered topics from blast design and Act 287 compliance to silica rule updates and preventing flyrock.
