ISEE launched Module 1: Explosives Products, the first course in the new 19th Edition Blasters’ Handbook E-Learning Series. This 1-hour interactive online training covers commercial explosives, emulsions, and product selection, earning participants a Certificate of Completion and one training hour upon passing the final exam.
