Full membership is defined by the ISEE Constitution as:
Constitution, Article 3, Section 3. A Member shall be any individual who is presently engaged in or has been engaged in explosives engineering as defined in Article 1, Section 2. A Member in good standing has the privilege of holding elective office, voting for officers and directors and voting on changes to the Constitution.
