Pre-Conference (Feb 1–2): IMESAFR Training begins Monday, followed by Tuesday pre-registration and leadership meetings.
Wednesday, Feb 3: Kick off with the annual Clay Shoot, Student Industry Connection, and the official Exhibit Hall opening featuring the Welcome Reception.
Thursday, Feb 4: Join the Open General Session, dive into morning and evening technical tracks, and network at the Blaster’s and International Receptions.
Friday, Feb 5: Attend morning Blasters Training, the Regulatory Panel Discussion, industry section meetings, and wrap up with the traditional Video Round-Up / Cheers and Beers event.
