ISEE Certificate Program
The
International Society of Explosives Engineers
Certificate Program was developed to educate
blasters and establish a standard level of
training for the explosives industry. The
program is designed to meet the needs of
explosives users with varying degrees of skill
and expertise.
Substantive material is taken from the ISEE
Blasters' Handbook (formerly the ETI and, before
that, DuPont Blasters' Handbook) currently in
its 18th revision. The material in Level I has
been revised to include updated and more
detailed information. The information has been
distilled into interactive workbooks
supplemented by exciting video lessons. Self
tests can be administered by a facilitator or by
the student and forwarded to the ISEE where
progressive levels of achievement are documented
and kept on file. A Certificate of Completion is
presented upon completion of each level.
NOTE: For instructors who have already
purchased Level One - Version 1.0, we will
accept Version 1.0 tests until Friday, November
30, 2007.
Just look what industry leaders are saying about
Practical Blasting Fundamentals:
"The subject coverage is thorough and the
opportunity for training participants to receive
a certificate of completion is a definite
motivator." Paul Kunze,
President, BDS, Inc.
"Great work, ISEE! Our Chapter is pleased to be
using this program. We've found it to be
essential for blasters, and very useful for
other professionals who need to learn more about
blasting." Jerry Wallace,
Blasting Consultant
